Beginning January 1, 2026, the Morton Grove Park District will implement a 3% service fee on all credit card transactions to offset rising processing costs.
Each year, the District pays a significant amount in credit card fees—funds that could otherwise support park maintenance, facility improvements, program enhancements, and community services. Until now, we have absorbed these costs on behalf of our patrons.
To ensure we remain fiscally responsible and continue delivering high-quality services, a 3% service fee will be applied to all credit card payments starting in 2026.
