Birthday Parties and Rentals
Harrer Pool Splash Parties
Resident registration opens on Monday, April 1. Non resident registration opens on Wednesday May 8.
Parties must be paid in full at time of booking.
Parties may be book from June 15 – August 10 on Saturdays from 4:30-7:00 pm. (No rental on July 6)
Party will be combined with open swim.
INCLUDES:
- Access to the Multipurpose room
- Swimming in the pool
- 8 tables, 50 chairs
- Refrigerator
- Setup provided
- Up to 50 guests
Once your reservation request is received you will be contacted to confirm your reservation. Full payment is required to book the reservation. If you cancel your party within a 2-week period of the rental date, you will be refunded less the $100.
Note: All Parties MUST be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. Children under 12 years old must be supervised by a guardian.
Harrer Pool Theme Birthday Parties

(9:00 – 10:15 AM SWIMMING. PARTY ROOM 10:15 – 11:00 AM)
Use of Spray Ground, Tot Pool, and Plunge Slides*
*Must be at least 48” tall to ride slide.
INCLUDES
-75 minutes of swimming
-Lifeguards in the pool
-Access to party room for entire 2 hours
-Party host to assist with party
-Basic party supplies
-Ice Cream Cake
PARTIES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING
Up to 50 guests allowed per party

Oriole Private Pool Rentals
Parties may be booked from June 16 – August 4 on Sunday evening from 6:30-8:00 pm.

Hotshots Sports Party
Have an outdoor sport party with Hot Shots this summer.
These parties will be available only on Friday evenings on certain dates throughout the summer starting in June.
Parties will be held at the north end of Harrer Park near the shelter.
Fee includes: 60 minute sport party with Hot Shots (5:00 – 6:00 pm), two hour rental of Harrer Park Shelter (5:00 – 7:00 pm)
Limit of 25 children

National Park Fieldhouse

Prairie View Community Center

Athletic Field Rental
All outdoor athletic facilities are available for rent April – October only.
If it rains prior to the use of the field and it is canceled by the park district or if field conditions do not allow the fields to be used, the rental fee for that day will be returned to the field renter. The field renter will also be given the option to extend the field use to make up the rained-out date if the availability of the fields allows for it.
