Regular Season Hours

June 10-August 13
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, & Sunday: 11 am-6 pm
Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday: 11 am-8 pm
Fourth of July: 12-5 pm

*NOTE: Hours of operation could change throughout the summer due to staff shortages or mechanical issues. Please be aware that if this occurs some sections of the facility may be closed for swimming.

Monday-Friday: 6-8 am*
Saturday & Sunday: 7-9 am

No lap swim on July 4.

AQUA TABATA  Ages 18 and up

Aqua Tabata water workout is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout in the water. Participants use maximal effort for 20 seconds and recover for 10 seconds for 8 rounds of work. Suspension and weights may also used in this Tabata group class.

AQUACIZE  Ages 18 and up
Trim and tone your body with this popular exercise program. Exercising in a refreshing pool is a superb way to become physically fit. No swimming skills are needed. Great for all ages!

AQUA ZUMBA  Ages 18 and up
Want to burn calories, build muscle and increase core strength? If you desire cardio but need a low-impact option, than this class is for you! This class is 40 minutes of fun filled cardio followed by 20 minutes of strength training and a nice stretch. Dumbbell water weights and noodles are used in class. Water shoes recommended but not required.

DIVING LESSONS – NEW  Ages 8-14
Diving Lessons are designed to teach the safe and proper way to use the springboards. Any individual 8 years and older who has an interest in diving, can swim comfortably in the deep water, and do a head-first entry off the side of the pool can join this class.

National Lifeguard Appreciation Day | Monday, July 31

Let’s appreciate our lifeguards for an outstanding summer! Create a Thank You Card at the pool! Supplies will be provided.
