Bring your family to the Prairie View Park from 7-8pm for a family glow walk. There will be glow sticks passed out and fitness activities. Walk 1 mile with your family and receive a gift. Only one person per family needs to register. FEE PER FAMILY: $10/$15. Click here to register  

Enjoy a day of kite flying and fun with family and friends at Harrer Park. Watch fantastic kite flying demonstrations from Chicago Kite Company. You can bring a kite or buy one from Chicago Kite at the event. It is free admission to the event and there will be plenty of space to set up your picnic area and fly your own kite. This event is free and open to the public.

Bring your favorite furry friend and join us for a morning of Halloween fun. There will be an agility course, photo area, a costume contest, and a dog trick contest. Costume prizes for Funniest, Scariest, Cutest, Most Creative, and Best Dog/Owner team costume will be awarded. All dogs must be healthy and up to date on shots to attend the event and must be controlled on a 6ft. leash or less. FEE: $7/$9 This event fills fast-register now. Click here to register! Put on your costume and come to the Prairie View Community Center for our Halloween Family Fest! We will have carnival games, pumpkins to decorate, hayrides, inflatables, food to purchase, and more.
