Celebrate the NEW Year at Noon. Bring the kids and join in the festivities including music, entertainment, a balloon drop, and some morning refreshments. Each participant will receive a party hat and noise maker. Parents are free and must stay with their child(ren) throughout the entire event. Children 2 and under are free.
