Happy Noon Year

Celebrate the NEW Year at Noon. Bring the kids and join in the festivities including music, entertainment, balloon drop and some morning refreshments.
Each participant will receive a party hat and noise maker. Entertainer Smarty Pants will be back to do his Big Balloon Show featuring magic, comedy and giant balloon props.

Parents are free and must stay with their child(ren) through the entire event. Children 2 and under are free. Due to popularity this event is for Morton Grove Residents only.
