Birthday Parties and Rentals
Athletic Field Rental
All outdoor athletic facilities are available for rent April – October only.
If it rains prior to the use of the field and it is canceled by the park district or if field conditions do not allow the fields to be used, the rental fee for that day will be returned to the field renter. The field renter will also be given the option to extend the field use to make up the rained-out date if the availability of the fields allows for it.

Prairie View Community Center
This rental requires a credit card down payment of $100 that will be applied to the total amount due within 5 days. Final payment is due one week prior to the event. Any damage or excessive clean-up will require additional fees.
A $100 cancellation fee will be charged if the event is canceled within 3 weeks.
RESTRICTIONS: The Park District prohibits alcohol, grilling, smoking, open flames, and collection of fees. Additional restrictions may apply.

National Park Fieldhouse

Harrer Park Pavilion
Rentals Available – Memorial Day through Labor Day!
Must be paid in full at time of booking.
Sunday rental only.
The pavilion rental fee is $150 per day.

Oriole Palm Room Rental
Available for rental September-May

Oriole Private Pool Rentals
2025 Online rental bookings begin March 31 for residents, and May 1 for non residents.
Book your next private event at Oriole! New this year: Renters will get use of the Palm Room during their event. Oriole Pool rentals are available on Sunday evenings from 6:30-8:00 pm on a first come first serve basis and will be available from June 8 through August 3.
Parties must be paid in full at time of booking.
All rentals must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance and paid in full. Once your reservation request is received, the Recreation Supervisor will contact you to confirm your reservation. If you cancel your party within 2 weeks of the rental date, you will be refunded less a $100.
Oriole Splash Party

ORIOLE SPLASH PARTIES – Available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 5:30-8:00 pm
Parties may be rentals available from June 10 through August 2 and will be combined with an open swim.

Once your reservation request is received, the Recreation Supervisor will contact you to confirm your reservation. If you cancel your party within 2 weeks of the rental date, you will be refunded less a $100.
Harrer Pool Splash Parties
2025 Online rental bookings begin March 31 for residents, and May 1 for non residents.
Parties may be rentals available from June 14 through August 9 and will be combined with an open swim.
Saturdays from 4:30-7:00 pm (No Rental on July 5).
Parties must be paid in full at time of booking.

Harrer Pool Theme Birthday Parties
2025 Online rental bookings begin March 31 for residents, and May 1 for non residents.
Book your next private event at Harrer! Parties rentals are available on Saturdays and Sundays evenings from 9:00-11:00 am on a first come first serve basis and will be available from June 14 through August 3. Includes use of spray ground, tot pool, and plunge slides only! Two themes to choose from.

All rentals must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance and paid in full. Once your reservation request is received, the Recreation Supervisor will contact you to confirm your reservation. If you cancel your party within 2 weeks of the rental date, you will be refunded less a $100.
Theme Birthday Parties + Hot Shot Parties
Parties are available September 14 through mid April.

Rental Deposit and Cancellation Policy Down Payment: $100 will be required to hold your birthday party date. The balance of payment is due two weeks before the rental.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your party within three weeks of the rental date, your $100 down payment will not be refunded. Note: All Parties MUST be booked at least three weeks in advance. Also, Children under 12 years old must be supervised by a guardian.
